Welcome to BlackHoleRO. By creating an account and playing on our server, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Account Rules

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account security. Never share your password.
• One person may have multiple accounts, but abuse of this will result in bans.
• Account sharing is forbidden and may result in permanent suspension.

2. Gameplay Rules

• Botting: The use of third-party automation software (bots) is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting: Abusing bugs or exploits must be reported immediately. Exploiting for personal gain will result in a ban.
• RMT (Real Money Trading): Selling or buying in-game items/accounts for real money is forbidden.
• Dual-Clienting in WoE: This is not allowed unless stated otherwise by staff.

3. Community Conduct

• Treat all players and staff with respect.
• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Impersonating staff members is forbidden.
• Spamming or advertising other servers is prohibited.

4. Staff Authority

• Game Masters (GMs) have the final say in all disputes.
• Staff decisions are final and may be appealed only through official channels (Discord).
• Attempting to bribe or threaten staff will result in immediate permanent ban.

5. Donations & Refunds

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Donations are used to maintain the server. Donation rewards are provided as a thank-you.
• Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
